Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Just send us an email at sales@flypup.co with the subject 'Order Cancellation Request: Your order number.'

Unfortunately, we will be unable to process any cancellation requests after this time.

If a customer does not receive the order at their delivery address, the amount of shipping (to and fro) will be deducted from the total amount and the rest will be refunded. But cancellation after the shipping will not be possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Currently, we allow returns and exchanges if the products delivered are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For the same, please notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt, and we will:

initiate a refund to the original form of payment

Please note that we shall not be able to process refunds or exchanges for any damaged, defective or incorrect items after the mentioned period of 48 hours.

In case an order is rejected at the time of delivery, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount as order processing and RTO fee. A refund will be issued when the return is received at our warehouse.

DELIVERY OF A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

We're so sorry if you've received a damaged or incorrect product! Please allow us to correct our mistake by processing a refund for the same. Please notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt, and we’ll:

initiate a refund to the original form of payment

PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING DISCOUNT PROMOTIONS & SALES

Unfortunately, products purchased during discount promotions or sample sales will not be eligible for return. Defects (if any) will be mentioned in the product details.
