Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
We take a maximum of 5 business days to process an order.

CHANGING ORDER DETAILS

Shipping details such as shipping address, email, and contact number, may be changed within 24 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to us via email at sales@flypup.co

Please note that we will be unable to make any modifications to the order after the 24-hour window.

ORDER CANCELLATION
​
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Simply reach out to us via email at sales@flypup.co and mention: 'Cancellation Request: Your Order Number' as the subject. We will then initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we will be unable to cancel any orders after the 24-hour window.

If a customer does not receive the order at their delivery address, the amount of shipping (to and fro) will be deducted from the total amount and the rest will be refunded. But cancellation after the shipping will not be possible.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer shipping to locations across India. Unfortunately, we don't offer International Shipping yet, but hope to launch that soon!

ORDER SHIPPING

We use the following shipping modes for our orders.
Shipping Mode: Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 3-10 days
Cost of Shipping: Rs. 60 for orders below Rs.500; Free Shipping for orders above Rs.500; Rs.100 for COD/POD orders

Please note that the above shipping times are after the order processing period. To expedite an order, please leave a remark in the order notes while placing the order and we'll do our best to fulfill your request!
ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a link to track the status of your order along with the order confirmation shared with you on your registered email address.
​
Once your order is shipped, we will also share information about our delivery partner, estimated delivery date and tracking link for the same.

DELAY IN SHIPPING
​
Delivery times may be impacted due to reasons beyond our control. We apologize for any delay in the delivery of your order. In case your order is late, we will notify you of the same via email.
